McKinney Auto Service & Transmission has been providing quality car care in Indianapolis, IN, since 1969. In the year 2009, R&R Auto purchased and merged with McKinney Transmission to transform a well-known transmission specialty shop to a full-service auto repair facility. For years we were known as R&R Auto & McKinney Transmission but have now changed our name to McKinney Auto and Transmission to fully reflect our capacity as more than just a transmission shop. You can trust us with anything from preventive maintenance to brake jobs to transmissions—our bread and butter from the 1950s to 2009.

Our shop is locally owned and operated by a veteran of the United States Navy. The quality ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified technicians at McKinney Auto Service & Transmission employ today’s latest automotive technology and are equipped to handle all major and minor repairs on foreign and domestic vehicles.
